Facility Rentals
Insurance is required for all events held on the grounds. A $1,000,000.00 General Liability Policy (with specific wording required by the state) or special events insurance may be purchased through our office. Rates vary depending on event attendance. A money order for the amount must be brought to the office prior to the date of your event. A $200 deposit is also required and will be returned following the event.
Individual insurance can be purchased through CFSA (www.cfsa.org) or contact their office at (916)-263-6145.
Storage
During the fall & winter months (Sept-May) the Lassen County Fair provides storage for Boats, Autos, and RV's. The vehicles are stored in our buildings and covered barns. We offer locked (which is fully enclosed) and unlocked (which is just covered) storage. All storage agreements are based on a first come first served basis.NO RESERVATIONS are accepted. Jensen Hall
Jensen Hall has recently been remodeled and now has a state of the art kitchen with stainless steel work tables, refrigerators, a dishwasher, and convection ovens. It is perfect for receptions, parties and gatherings. There is also a multimedia center that can be used for conferences, slide shows, and as a state of the art sound system.
Jensen Hall is a 60’ X 100’ enclosed building with the total capacity of the hall is roughly 857 people seated, 400 dinning with tables. There are restrooms available inside the building. The rental fee includes rectangular tables and folding chairs. Renter is responsible for setup & cleanup or pay for labor service. The renter will also be charged for utilities and trash following the event. Please contact the fair office for rental rates.

If you are traveling through Lassen County and you need a place to put up your horse we have several stalls available for rental for the night. We also have a paddock area to walk and exercise your horse. Please call the fair office to make arrangements ahead of time.
